JS Project Services acted as Principal Contractor and Site Manager to safely dismantle, store, transport, and rebuild M&S’s existing racking system following their relocation. The project ensured seamless reuse of infrastructure at the new site, completed to the highest safety standards.
JS Project Services acted as Principal Contractor and Site Manager for the relocation of M&S operations from their Sheffield facility to a new site. As part of this transition, the existing racking system needed to be dismantled, preserved, and repurposed at the new location.
Our team managed the safe dismantling and secure storage of the racking components before coordinating their transport to the new site. The system was then professionally rebuilt to meet operational requirements, ensuring full compliance with health and safety standards throughout.
This project enabled M&S to maximise the value of existing infrastructure while ensuring a seamless operational move to their new premises.
